Who We Are

We pride ourselves in being the most knowledgeable up-to-date Transaction Coordinators in Idaho. With over 60 years of combined industry training, we have helped agents list and sell hundreds of properties.

We are well-versed in Idaho Forms, the National Association of Realtors, the State of Idaho Realtors, Local Real Estate Associations, and Multiple Listing Agencies. Keeping agents compliant and legal through every transaction.

Our #1 Goal is keeping the Realtor in front of their transactions.

Why use a Transaction Coordinator?

WHY NOT?

Transaction Coordinators are the best thing to the Real Estate industry. TC’s allow agents help with the nitty-gritty parts of every transaction. Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks - earnest money is deposited on time, due dates are met, forms are done meticulously - and everything else in between.

Transaction Coordination is one of the fastest growing trends in real estate. More and More agents are looking to build their teams with a Transaction Coordinator.

Agents that use Transaction Coordinators have improved their client-agent relationships by allowing agents to be more accessible to their clients instead of tracking down signatures on an Addendum.

A Transaction Coordinator is an investment in a real estate agents business.

 FAQs

  • Most brokerages allow all transaction fees to be paid through closing out of the realtor’s com mission. In the event we are not able to be paid through escrow, agents can pay via Venmo or Check.

  • We do not - we have one transaction fee. We have been lucky enough to be in a market where listings are listed and then they sell. If we find that our market is changing and listings are sitting longer on the market, we will adjust accordingly.

  • We are not, nor will we be. While we do stay up to date on real estate law, and MLS rules, we are not licensed. This allows us to coordinate for multiple brokerages without a conflict of interest. Since we are not licensed, we can not negotiate legal contracts or any other activities a licensed agent can do.
